1- Erscheinungsprüfung
Zunächst prüfen die Techniker den Zustand der Konditionierung und Verpackung. Das Produkt wird dann ästhetisch analysiert, um seinen allgemeinen Zustand, seine Verarbeitung oder mögliche Mängel zu überprüfen.
2- Akustische Diagnose
Zur Feststellung des allgemeinen Betriebszustandes sind mehrere Kontrollpunkte zu prüfen (Prüfung der Verkabelung, Lautsprecher, Verstärker bei aktiven Produkten etc.) und die Konformität zu beurteilen.
3- Reparatur
Sollte ein technischer Eingriff erforderlich sein, tauschen unsere Techniker die defekten Teile direkt in unserer Werkstatt aus und verwenden dabei ausschließlich neue Original-Ersatzteile.
4- Überholung
Das Produkt wird vollständig generalüberholt und gereinigt und bei Bedarf sorgfältig in eine neue Originalverpackung zurückgeschickt.
